Lee Tribbie

Architect

Lee’s interest in architecture began in middle school and took shape through hands-on learning early on. In high school, drafting electives introduced him to hand drawing, floor plans, dimensioning, and three-dimensional representation, followed by advanced CAD coursework at a local technical school. This early exposure made architecture a natural academic path. Lee earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Fairmont State University in 2012 and went on to complete a Master of Architecture at Arizona State University in 2015. Originally from Charleston, West Virginia, Lee spent 12 years in Phoenix before relocating to the Pacific Northwest.

Lee has been working professionally in architecture since 2015 and brings experience across a range of project scales and types. His current work spans residential townhome developments, commercial tenant improvement projects, and smaller renovation efforts, including courtyard and amenity buildings at existing apartment complexes. He values the variety of project types and enjoys contributing to designs that serve different markets and users. What continues to inspire Lee about the profession is the constant opportunity to learn and the creative ways architecture can be experienced through all the senses.

Outside the office, Lee enjoys exploring art museums, live music, and bookstores, while steadily growing their record collection. His creative interests extend to film photography, where he values the discipline and intentionality the medium requires. A self-described car enthusiast, Lee enjoys local cars-and-coffee gatherings, long drives outside the city, and working on his own car, along with following motorsports such as Formula-1, drifting, and endurance racing. His bucket list includes visiting Japan, attending the 24 Hours of Daytona, and taking a West Coast road trip from Seattle to San Diego.
